error al intentar instalar el motor docker en debian 11

Estoy ejecutando Debian 11 en un VPS, seguí paso a paso las instrucciones aquí: https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/debian/#install-using-the-repository

después de configurar el repositorio, apt-get update devuelve esto:

Revisé /etc/apt/sources.list y no puedo ver ningún espejo acoplable, ¿es normal? No sé qué hacer.
