Traducir enlaces personalizados en el menú con mqtranslate plus en wordpress

Siguiendo esta pregunta ¿Cómo puedo traducir los ENLACES de mi menú de navegación con qtranslate en wordpress? Intento traducir mi menú de navegación a otros idiomas también.

Hice todo lo que está escrito en la primera respuesta:

  1. Incluir la función en function.php
  2. Añade el 'walker' => new CustomLinkModifierWalker() sobre el header.php expediente.
  3. Cambie el nombre del menú de navegación a <!- -:en- ->HOME<!- -:- -><!- -:gr- ->ΑΡΧΙΚΗ<!- -:- -> y URL para /en|en"https://stackoverflow.com/"gr|

Sin embargo, la traducción no funciona. El menú muestra tanto las cadenas en la navegación como HOMEΑΡΧΙΚΗ y el enlace es /en|en"https://stackoverflow.com/"gr|.

¿Qué estoy haciendo mal? ¿O hay otra forma de traducir el menú?

Cambiando los nombres a [:en]HOME[:el]ΑΡΧΙΚΗ sin el código anterior, las traducciones funcionan, pero aún no puedo hacer que las URL funcionen.

Traté de agregar la URL con la ruta completa, incluidas las etiquetas, así:

[:en]http://www.mydomain.gr/en[:el]http://www.mydomain.gr

Pero después de hacer clic en “botón Guardar”, la entrada de URL está vacía. No guarda la ruta de la URL.

Agrego el código en functions.php y la línea en header.php. Ahora tengo una URL opcional en la página de administración. Entonces, eliminé la URL y agregué el opcional de la siguiente manera:

El problema es que los enlaces en este formato: /en/#about funciona pero enlaces en este formato /en/blog no funciona y redirige al idioma predeterminado.

Intenté averiguar si se invocó un filtro en el proceso al guardar el campo de URL en el menú, y parece que WordPress lo está haciendo por sí mismo sin dejar la posibilidad de eliminar el filtro.

Entonces, teniendo eso en mente, encontré una solución al usar un campo adicional llamado URL opcional, y si este campo está lleno con algo (contenido sin filtrar), WordPress lo usará en lugar del campo URL como lo hace normalmente.

Entonces, en su functions.php en la parte inferior, coloque este código, o puede colocarlo en otro script e incluirlo en funciones:

Luego edite su header.php o donde sea que esté llamando wp_nav_menu función y pasar este nuevo andador como un parámetro:

Dónde qTranslate_Menu_Walker es el nuevo caminante que reemplazó la URL con URL opcional

PD: usa el <!--:en-->These language tags instead<!--:-->

qtranslate tiene este problema durante mucho tiempo, su implementación funciona si tiene un enlace, pero si tiene diferentes enlaces para diferentes idiomas, esto no funcionará. Una forma de evitar este problema es muy simple, solo tiene que agregar un menú para diferentes idiomas y en el encabezado puede llamar a estos menús según el idioma actual que el usuario haya seleccionado.

había comprobado el nuevo complemento en mi configuración de wordpress, hay un complemento llamado "Transposh Translation Filter". Funcionará bien en mi wordpress todo el contenido que se carga en el sitio de wordpress, incluido el menú, el enlace del menú personalizado y todas esas cosas funcionan bien en mi wordpress.

Acababa de agregar el nombre del idioma en el lado del administrador y luego ir al lado del widget y agregar este widget donde desea mostrar su complemento de traducción.

Ahora, si elige el idioma africano en ese momento, convertirá los datos de su sitio en este idioma y mostrará el formato y la salida adecuados en su pantalla.

Pruebe este complemento y hágame saber sus puntos de vista e idea.

mqTranslate ha quedado obsoleto en favor de qTranslate X. En lugar de encontrar una solución para un complemento obsoleto, le recomiendo encarecidamente que use qTranslate X. Es más fácil de usar y tiene funciones adicionales.

Este es un código actualizado para la traducción del menú. Y una cosa más con la traducción de su sitio, use mqTranslate en lugar de qTranslate, ambos tienen la misma funcionalidad, pero mqTranslate tiene una versión más actualizada para wordpress …
