Quitar el fondo de Parallax en el tema de brooklyn

Tengo un archivo Index.php que necesito usar como una página personalizada que me gustaría usar algunos de los estilos y elementos de los temas Navegación, Pie de página, Formulario de contacto, ETC…. El encabezado predeterminado parece estar llamando al cuerpo y es muy difícil encontrar las partes del encabezado. He estado haciendo una cantidad considerable de cambios, por lo que el archivo en el disco debe mantenerse actualizado hasta que resuelva esto.

Actualmente tengo la página/código funcionando gracias a @David y los consejos dados en esta pregunta:

faltaban algunos archivos, así que no puedo probar esta plantilla.

Pero es simplemente un caso de reemplazar el código php que requiere una variable con salida real (desde la fuente de vista) para crear la plantilla que desea.

Vuelva a usar el index.php predeterminado (elimine las llamadas de encabezado/pie de página). Cree una nueva plantilla con el código a continuación y vincúlela (usando el código de reescritura de la Q anterior que vinculó arriba)

Hay bastante código en el header.php que llama a las variables establecidas desde la base de datos, pero es de esperar que el siguiente código elimine las clases paralelas, si no copia el archivo del encabezado y llámalo header-custom.php. Puede reemplazar get_header(‘custom’) para llamar a este encabezado en su lugar. En cualquier lugar donde vea una etiqueta php dentro de una etiqueta de elemento html, reemplácela con la salida real que puede ver en la vista fuente.
